What materials do you use for your collars and leashes?

Leashes, Collars, Harnesses, and Keychains from Venique are all crafted from Paracord 550 (type III) and/or BioThane® through meticulous handwork, all rigorously made in Italy.

Snap hooks, buckles, and snap closures are made of steel.

What is the Paracord?

Paracord is a nylon cord composed of 7 filaments that make up its core. Produced in the United States, this material is primarily used in parachute manufacturing. With a breaking strength of 550 pounds (249 kg), Paracord is universally recognized as an extremely durable material.

What is the BioThane ®?

BioThane® is the trademark of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. Produced in the United States, it is a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean, and weldable.

Where are Venique products made?

Leashes, Collars, Harnesses, and Keychains from Venique are designed and handcrafted in Italy.

How can I order Venique collars and leashes?

You can order a leash or a collar from the Handmade page, where you can create your completely personalized leash by choosing the length, braid model, Paracord thread colors, and steel snap hook finish.

Returns

2.1.         Online Returns and Cancellations

Please see Return page for information on returns and exchanges.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE PERSONALISED, BESPOKE, ALTERED OR OTHERWISE MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATION CANNOT BE RETURNED.

2.2.         Returns Process

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. For your convenience, we provide a free pick-up service for all returns. 

We will process your refund as soon as possible, but please note that, depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.

2.3.         Order Cancellation

Depending on where you live, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: your right to cancel does not apply to products listed in Non-Returnable Products.

To exercise your right to cancel your order pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, please contact our Customer Service team. Please ensure that you state clearly that you wish to cancel, providing your order number, your contact details and details of the products you wish to cancel.

Once the products are returned to us, you will receive a refund, including the standard delivery costs, in relation to the goods to which your cancellation rights apply. You will be liable to arrange and cover the full cost of returning the order to us.

If an order has already been dispatched for delivery, please wait until you have received your order before exercising your return rights.

All items are inspected upon return. If through your handling the products have decreased in value, we may deduct the amount of such loss from the amount reimbursed to you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive from you any goods supplied. 

2.4.         Refunds of Shipping and Duties

While we offer free returns for all orders, the original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.

Please note: if you return an item, the taxes and import duties will be refunded to you if they were originally included in the purchase price.

If they were not included, you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local Customs office.

2.5.         Venique Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, Venique offers the following rights of return:

2.5.1 Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition. All items are inspected upon return. 

Please note: the removal of item tags or security tags will be taken as evidence of a product’s use by you; the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged and may only be returned for a refund. 

2.5.2 All items are inspected upon return. If through your handling the products have decreased in value, we may deduct the amount of such loss from the amount reimbursed to you. If you are returning your product by post, please include your personal details and the best way for us to get in touch with you; otherwise we will be unable to process your refund. 

2.5.3 Refunds and exchanges on purchases made on an event day or with other promotional discount will be calculated at the reduced price. Where a complimentary gift has been issued with a purchase, the gift must also be returned.

2.5.4 Subject to your cancellation rights under the Rights of Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase. Returns are subject to the exclusions and restrictions listed below (please see ‘Non-Returnable Products’ below). If you need to return large or heavy items, please contact our Customer Service team.

2.5.5 Purchases made during our Christmas or Summer Sale periods may be subject to different returns policies.

2.5.6 Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a return for a product purchased in one of our airport stores.

2.5.7 If you believe your products are faulty, please contact our Customer Service team.

2.5.8 We monitor the number of returns being made by customers. Continued, or high numbers of returns within a short period, may be deemed by Venique (in its sole discretion) to be evidence of a breach of these terms.

This policy may be changed from time to time at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

- Products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification

- Any other products designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
 

What payment methods are accepted?

All orders placed on the Venique website can be paid via PayPal (with a PayPal account or credit card) or with the traditional payment processors, including: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay. All credit cards are accepted.

By choosing PayPal payment, after confirming the order details, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal login page to securely complete the transaction:
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can simply follow the quick payment instructions provided by PayPal to pay with your Credit Card in a few easy steps without any registration on the site.
If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay through it. PayPal accepts all major Credit or Prepaid Cards.

Klarna

You need to be at least 18 years old to use Klarna’s credit products, including Pay in 3.

When you choose Klarna they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation. Additional Klarna Terms and Conditions apply depending on your country of residence.
