We pride ourselves in providing our customers with an exceptional delivery service, therefore we offer different options depending on your order destination. 

The shipping times vary depending on the chosen product.

All our products are made to order.

We do not have products in stock.

Our products are crafted by Italian artisans, handmade and naturally made in Italy.

The production of the product usually begins the day after the order is placed.

Production times range from 2 to 9 days.

Shipping times vary depending on the chosen courier and its availability.

We always strive to use the fastest couriers to ship our products, to ensure a better customer experience.

In our experience, the time between order payment to delivery is approximately 10-15 days.

With the 'Skip the Line' option, your product will be moved to the top of the list, crafted with priority by our artisans, and shipped immediately with the fastest courier available.

Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout

*UK deliveries to certain postcodes in the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands can take up to eight working days to be delivered. These postcodes are affected: GY9–10, HS1–HS9, KW15–KW17, PA41–61, TR21–25, ZE1–ZE3, ZE–ALL.

Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery location; this will be confirmed at Checkout.

After you have selected your delivery option, you will be given an estimated delivery date at checkout. 

Please note: for both UK and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.

Delivery to the UK

Most of our UK orders are sent with DPD, and we also partner with DHL. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier used and tracking details for your convenience.  

DPD offers flexible delivery options if you’re not going to be in during your allocated time slot. You will be able to choose to leave your package with a neighbour, in a safe place, or even pick it up from your local DPD service point that same day or at your earliest convenience.  

You can easily track or make changes to your delivery by simply downloading the DPD or DHL app.  

 

Delivery to the US

Orders to the US will be sent with either FedEx or DHL.  

FedEx provides a variety of delivery options, allowing you to select the one that is best for you. Please note that some delivery options may incur an additional fee. For further information, please visit the FedEx website.  

To track or modify your delivery, you can download the FedEx or DHL app.  

Delivery to Europe and Rest of the World

Orders shipped to Europe and the rest of the world will be delivered by DHL. You can easily follow your order’s delivery journey by downloading the DHL app.  

Please note: Deliveries to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus are currently suspended.

How can I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

You can follow your order’s journey by visiting the Track Your Order page. 

If you have purchased through our personal shopping service, the sales associate who helped place your order will update you until the order is passed over to the carrier, at which point you will receive text message updates directly from the carrier that you can use to track your order.

What is the "Skip the Line" Option?

The "Skip the Line" option allows customers to receive priority in the processing and shipping of their order.

When this option is activated, the product is moved to the top of the production queue, allowing artisans to work on it ahead of other orders.

This means the product will be completed and shipped more quickly compared to standard orders.

This option is particularly useful for those who need their order in shorter timeframes or wish to ensure their product is processed urgently.

However, it's important to note that activating this option may incur an additional cost as it entails priority processing of the product.

I have only received part of my order. What do I do?

Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.

Can I order to multiple addresses?

No, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. This includes orders for hampers and Gift Cards. If you would like assistance placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team. 

Are local taxes and duties included in the product price?

To make worldwide shipping easy, we have included duties and taxes in the product price where possible.
